FRENCH RESTAURANT
“MIKUNI SAPPORO”

(9th floor, SAPPORO STELLAR PLACE)

Helmed by the esteemed Chef Kiyomi Mikuni, one of Japan’s most celebrated masters of French cuisine, Mikuni Sapporo embodies the pinnacle of refined gastronomy. Over a distinguished career of more than five decades, Chef Mikuni has elevated French culinary traditions in Japan’s finest hotels and restaurants, earning the prestigious Legion of Honour in 2015 for his contributions to the field.
In Sapporo, Chef Hidetoshi Takahashi, a trusted protégé of Chef Mikuni, crafts seasonal menus that showcase the bounty of Hokkaido’s land and sea. Each dish is thoughtfully composed to highlight the region’s natural flavors, expressing the subtle transitions of the northern seasons with elegance and restraint.
The restaurant’s wine cellar features an impressive collection of French and international vintages. Under the guidance of an experienced sommelier, guests are invited to enjoy expertly curated pairings that enhance and elevate every course.
