From New Chitose Airport, the JR Rapid Airport train brings you to Sapporo in approximately 37 minutes, or as quickly as 33 minutes on Special Rapid Airport service. The hotel is a short three-minute walk from the East Ticket Gate, providing effortless access even with large luggage or during rainy and snowy weather.

For guests arriving by rental car from New Chitose Airport or from local sightseeing destinations, an adjacent parking facility is available for use at a preferred rate.

Upon arrival, please pause at the hotel’s main entrance and notify our staff. For your convenience, our team will guide you to the parking area and ensure a seamless check-in experience.

  • JR Tower East Parking (Contract Parking)
  • ・Hotel Guests: ¥1,650 per night (tax included), charged directly to your room account and settled upon checkout. Please present your parking ticket at the front desk.
  • ・Parking Hours: 12:00 pm on the day of arrival to 12:00 pm the following day
  • ・Extended Parking: ¥600 per additional hour after 12:00 pm (payable at the parking exit)
  • *Complimentary parking available for up to two hours with purchases of ¥2,000 or more within the facility.
  • *Direct indoor access is available from the hotel to JR Tower East Multilevel Parking.
  • *The parking entrance is conveniently located beside the hotel’s main driveway.
