1. Accommodation reservations
Cancellation period: April 24 (Fri) – June 24 (Wed), 2020 (TBC)
For guests who have already made reservations, we will reach out to the representative for the room reservations in order. To add, we will not charge any cancellation fees for reservations during the aforementioned period.
(1) Guests who made reservations through the hotel’s official site or over the phone
Even if we cannot reach the representative, we will process the cancellation. Guests themselves do not need to carry out procedures for cancellation.
(2) Guests who made reservations through a travel agency
Although we have notified each travel agency that we will be closed temporarily, please reach out to the travel agency that you made the reservation through regarding cancellations.
(3) Guests who made reservations through online travel reservation sites (Rakuten Travel, Jalan, Ikkyu.com, etc.)

2. Restaurant reservations
Cancellation period: April 25 (Sat) – June 24 (Wed), 2020 (TBC)
Our restaurant representative will reach out to the representative for the reservation. Even if we cannot reach the representative, we will process the cancellation, so guests themselves do not need to carry out procedures for cancellation.
3. Weddings and banquets
Regarding weddings and banquets during our temporary closure, our Sales Dep. representative will reach out to the host.
●To guests who have a complimentary Accomodation/Spa/Restaurant ticket that expires while we are temporarily closed
For customers who have an invitation ticket that expires after February 1, 2020, you can use it up to 6 months after the expiration date shown on the ticket,
so please let us know when you make a reservation.
We ask that you please reach out to our staff when the hotel re-open to exchange a complimentary ticket that was purchased as a gift.
