モバイルバッテリー等の充電式電池による火災が全国で発生しており、札幌市中央消防署からも注意喚起がされています。
すべてのお客さまに安心・安全にお過ごしいただくため、客室内でのモバイルバッテリーのご利用につきまして、以下の通りお願い申しあげます。

●購入国での認証マーク(日本はPSEマーク)の有無を確認し、安全性が認められた製品（純正品等）をご使用ください。
●異常(傷・膨張等)のある製品は使用しないでください。
●外出などで客室を不在にされる際には、モバイルバッテリーの充電はお控えください。
●窓際など直射日光が当たる場所やべッドやシーツなど可燃物上での充電はお控えください。
●充電中は、お客様ご自身が常に状態を確認できる場所でご使用ください。
●客室清掃時に、安全確保のためスタッフがモバイルバッテリーの移動もしくは充電停止の措置をとらせていただく場合がございます。

異常を感じた際は、すぐにフロントまでお知らせください。

Incidents of fires caused by rechargeable batteries, such as mobile battery packs, have been reported across Japan.
The Sapporo Chuo Fire Department has also issued a safety warning regarding their use.
For your safety, we kindly ask you to follow these precautions.
● Use only certified and safe products (such as genuine items) that bear an official safety certification mark from your country of purchase (e.g., the PSE mark in Japan).
● Do not use any products that show signs of damage, swelling, or other abnormalities.
● Avoid charging mobile batteries when you are not in the room.
● Do not charge devices in direct sunlight (such as near windows) or on flammable surfaces like beds or sheets.
● Keep charging devices in a location where you can regularly monitor their condition.
● For safety reasons, our housekeeping staff may move or unplug charging devices if left unattended during room cleaning.
If you notice anything unusual, contact the front desk immediately.
