上記予約サイトにてオンライン決済でご予約された場合、宿泊代金のお支払い先が各予約サイトとなるため、ホテルでは領収書を発行することができませんので、予めご了承ください。

日本国内のインボイス制度に対応した領収書が必要なお客様は、ホテル公式サイト、または日本国内の予約サイト・旅行会社等からご予約くださいますようお願いいたします。
なお、ホテル公式サイト以外の日本国内の予約サイトにて、オンライン決済された領収書の発行につきましては、各予約サイトへお問い合わせいただきますようお願いいたします。

Regarding Japan Qualified Invoices and Receipts for Reservations Made Through Overseas Booking Sites

At present, the following overseas booking sites do not support Japan Invoice System.

• Expedia
• Trip.com, etc.

Please note that for reservations prepaid through the above booking sites, the hotel is unable to issue a receipt, as payment is made directly to the respective booking site.

If you require a receipt that complies with Japan Invoice System, we kindly ask that you make your reservation through the hotel’s official website or through a Japan-based booking site or travel agency.

For receipts related to prepaid reservations made through Japan-based booking sites (other than the hotel’s official website), please contact the respective booking site directly.
